Happy Friday babes! Who is ready for the weekend? We have so many fun things going on, so make sure to stay up to date on my Instastory to see all the fun events happening in Columbus! One of the top questions I receive on Instagram, is how do I style my hair. Well ladies, from the products I use to how I create the curls, I have you covered!

I’ve been meaning to update my beach waves hair tutorial for ages now! The whole video and Youtube world is completely foreign to me. I definitely was not prepared or aware of how much work truly goes into creating these amazing videos! I’m thinking a, “how to youtube like a pro” class is in my near future.

This video was made last year but is a total rundown on how I do my hair daily. It’s all about the loose waves and how to achieve the same look. Now warning, this video is not amazing quality and honestly a hot mess. But, I wanted to give you all a look into how I style my hair everyday. Fingers crossed the end of 2018 will involve some serious video editing updates on my end.

So How Do I Keep my Hair Clean Without Washing, When Working out?

It’s actually pretty simple, after working out and drinking that protein shake. I blow dry the heck out of my hair and then start brushing it. My goals is to get it as dry as possible before adding in the dry shampoo.

I hold the dry shampoo bottle about 4inches away from my head and spray it ALL throughout. After all the dry shampoo has been applied, I turn my hair dryer on cool and give it a good shake out. I’ve found that blow drying my hair after applying dry shampoo really helps to evenly distribute it all. And that’s it!

Honestly, once you “train” your hair into only needing to be washed twice a week it becomes less greasy and I’ve found that overall it’s super shiny.

Here are the products I use to keep my hair glowing throughout the week!

Hope this helped to show y’all how I do my hair weekly!
XOXO
