TRAVEL GUIDE: Orange County

Your Guide to Orange County

Happy Tuesday babes! Hope you all had the best Thanksgiving and long weekend with your loved ones! If you follow me on Instagram, then you already know that Aaron and I were in California for about a week. Aaron had to come out here for work, and I tagged along so we could spend Thanksgiving together. We had a few days together to explore, and then I was solo traveling for the remaining 3 days of my trip.

NEWPORT BEACH

Our first stop once landing in California was of course, In-N-Out! Aaron was talking nonstop about getting In-N-Out, and let me tell you it was a great start to the trip. After chowing down on some burgers and fries, we decided to go explore Newport Beach.

Neither of us had been to Newport before, and it was such a pleasant surprise. There was not a huge rush of people, or overwhelming amount of stores. It truly felt like a perfect little beach town, one that neither of us wanted to ever leave.

MORNING LAVENDER

If you’re making a trip to Orange County and do not stop by Morning Lavender you are completely missing out! This place brought all of my Instagram dreams to life!

I decided to get their classic lavender latte, vegan donut and mixed berry poptart. Let me tell you, I am still dreaming about that latte! Seriously who would have thought a lavender latte would be that amazing!

Laguna Beach

Of course I had to make a stop at Laguna beach, if only it was for a few minutes. The ocean was BEAUTIFUL, the weather was amazing and I heard the soundtrack to Laguna beach playing through my mind. Short story, I finally was able to channel my Lauren Conrad goals and my inner 14 year old was in heaven.
