Embracing My inner Rebel with White After Labor Day

White After Labor Day

Were you able to check out yesterday’s review on BOOHOO? They’re always having a sale, so you don’t miss out!

Happy Wednesday lovelies! This month I’ve teamed up with some amazing bloggers to bring y’all our favorite fall trends for 2017.  Each week (this is taking place every Wednesday) we will cover one trend and give tips on how to easily bring these looks into your closet! I’m so excited to share these ladies with you all, and hope you give them a follow! There’s a link at the bottom where you can access everyone’s post for the week.  Today is all about wearing white after Labor Day!

I could tell you a million reasons why you should throw this, “no white after Labor Day” rule out. I’ve never followed this rule, sometimes you just have to be a rebel! Wearing white in the fall brings some much needed brightness to your closet! The leaves are turning and everything around you resembles orange and red, why not stand out with a white piece.

Another plus, you’re able to bring a few of your summer pieces into fall. Not only is this easy on your wallet, you’re able to give those white summer tank tops another run around the block.

The first look I’m showing you all, involves my favorite white blazer!

I purchased this blazer from forever 21 years ago and to my surprise they restocked it for this fall! I love how it’s a longer cut and the 3/4th sleeve length is an added bonus with the insane weather.

When I wear a statement white piece I like allowing it to be the centerpiece of my outfit. Pairing it with all black and a hit of brown for some fall warmth!

The second look involves distressed white jeans from my favorite company and all things blush!

Sometimes you need to take that bold step, throw on some white jeans and walk your pretty self to happy hour.

For this look I kept a lighter palette all around when it came to my pieces. The blush turtleneck and jacket paired perfect with distressed jeans, it was the exact contrast I was looking for! Sadly my jacket and top was a Nordstrom rack find from last year, but I’ve linked some similar pieces for y’all!

Hope you all are looking forward to this fall colab series as much as I am! Make sure to check out the rest of the ladies and stay tuned for next week’s trend!
