Happy Monday babes! Can you believe another weekend has come and gone?! Last week I set a goal to post on here, EVERY SINGLE DAY OF THE WEEK **insert all the emoji terrified eyes** I would love to hear if you enjoyed all the content, or didn’t really have time to read it all. Today I am talking all about why I only wash my hair 2 times a week, and how I make it work with workout out daily.

Now I know what you are thinking, “Me, Wash my Hair 2 Times a Week? You have jokes Emily.” But I promise y’all once you make it through the first couple of months you are living the dream. Not only am I saving SO much time each morning, my hair has been growing longer and stronger.

So How Do I Make it Work when Working out?

It’s actually pretty simple, after working out and drinking that protein shake. I blow dry the heck out of my hair and then start brushing it. My goals is to get it as dry as possible before adding in the dry shampoo.

I hold the dry shampoo bottle about 4inches away from my head and spray it ALL throughout. After all the dry shampoo has been applied, I turn my hair dryer on cool and give it a good shake out. I’ve found that blow drying my hair after applying dry shampoo really helps to evenly distribute it all. And that’s it!

Honestly, once you “train” your hair into only needing to be washed twice a week it becomes less greasy and I’ve found that overall it’s super shiny.

Here are the products I use to keep my hair glowing throughout the week!

I’d love to hear about your hair care routine! If you’re a once a day or twice a week hair washing type of girl.

XOXO
