Happy Sunday babes! How is it even possible that 2018 is coming to an end? It feels like I was just picking out my wedding dress yesterday, and now an entire 365 days has flown by since that point. I love the start of a new year, but I also really love looking back over the last year.
2018 was a great year, filled with more adventure and accomplishments then either of us ever imagined. My business came to life in a way I never expected. Aaron and I got married over the summer, before jetting off on a month long European adventure. I had the opportunity to work with some amazing brands and share so much life with y’all!
It was also a year filled with growth, terrifying moments and some uphill battles. We were faced with conversations and obstacles neither of us was fully ready for. There were months I thought I had made the worst decision quitting my corporate job. And more times then I can count, I told Aaron how much I missed my life in Atlanta. Not because I was unhappy, but because the challenges ahead seemed a little too large to concur. Plus I’m a creature of habit, so all of our changes seemed paralyzing.
Every challenge over 2018, ultimately brought more happiness then I could have ever imagined. More fulfillment and left my cup feeling so so full.
I still can not believe how fast our wedding flew by! What an amazing day that I wish I could relive over and over again.
It’s wild to think that after being married for only 5 months, we now have a new home, our sweet little Hazel and feeling like an old married couple more and more each day.
