Now let’s getting those pearly whites shinning! Once you have your trays it’s really a simple process! You add a little of the teeth whitening gel to each tray and pop them on your teeth for 30-45 mins. After the second time whitening I barely noticed the trays in my mouth. Which is a huge bonus in my book! I was able to go through my morning hair and makeup routine while whitening my teeth!

Last but not least- desensitize. I know some of you may be wary of the tooth sensitivity usually associated with teeth whitening.
